Why do healthcare professionals need to know the muscular system?
They need to know the muscular system in order to detect here the illness is coming from. If a patient complains about a pain in a certain area the doctor will know which muscle it is coming from. They will know how to treat the disease easier. Many pains in the body are muscle related. If healthcare providers do not have knowledge on muscles, they will have troubles treating the patient.
