Health Occupations
Health Occupations introduces students to the history of medicine, medical terminology and body systems. This course provides an opportunity to explore many different areas and careers in health care and begin a basic study of anatomy and physiology. In this course, there are many hands-on activities such as earning certification in American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR and First Aid, taking vital signs, and assessing the senses of the body.
